科拉欣市城市停车场多功能建筑概念设计国际竞赛

简介

黑山北部市镇科拉欣市（Kolašin）在7月9日宣布举办该市的城市停车场多功能建筑概念建筑设计国际竞赛（International competition for the conceptual architectural design of the City Parking Garage with Elements of a Multifunctional Building）。

竞赛旨在设计一个公共车库的概念性建筑，其中包含多功能设施，该车库建筑位于科拉欣详细城市规划“中心”范围内的规C区和C2区、以及城市地块 UP1 和 UP2。根据竞赛要求该设施应整合现代停车标准、能源效率、景观设计和公共利益特征（行政、酒店和商业设施），具体要求详见竞赛任务书。

举办竞赛的目标是通过公开竞争机制，获得一个具有现代、功能性和环保意识的城市停车场设施概念设计，该设计应具有配套和附加功能，能够和谐地融入科拉欣市中心的城市景观，并有助于提高公共空间的质量。
